These are limited to one per customer and consists of a single tab of our choosing. Please don't ask for any specific color or pattern. We only choose what is available at the time based on overstock and packaging. There are two options for purchasing a sample tab:<br>1. (FREE Option) Purchase the sample separately and do not combine it with any other purchases. The order will be canceled, and purchase price refunded. A FREE sample will be mailed to you via standard First-Class mail. Although the sample is listed at $0.99, we send this free of charge to US customers only if purchased separately and issue a full refund.<br>2. If the sample is purchased/combined with any other item, the sample will be sent as part of the entire order. No refund will be made for combined purchases.
