Both of these books are signed by Steve Jackson, and both are the 2nd printing.  The signatures have not been authenticated.
These books are all used.  The worst problems are described here.  The Characters book's covers are a little bit scuffed up, and the pages at the wavy at one area near the edge of the book.  I suspect that book may have been exposed to high humidity at some point in the past.
The Campaigns book's covers are very scuffed up, and there's a couple pages with tiny creases at the corner.
All of these books are in English.
