    Description

    For the grand opening of the California State Railroad Museum in May 1981, the Sacramento Bee Newspaper printed a supplement dated Wednesday April 19, 1981 about the new museum and the Rail Fair celebration.  The supplement is 32 pages of facts and figures about various railroad items and since it was held in Old Sacramento, there are articles about its history.  Also many ads about businesses of the day and most likely many are no longer in business.  The supplement is fully intact but does show its age with some normal older newspaper discoloration especially around all edges.  In addition, the coloring of the first page has bled through to the back of that page.
